Which package suits me best?

Which package best suits you and your business depends on your legal structure and personal preferences. With our handy selection menu and various options, you can choose exactly what you need.

Are there costs associated with asking questions?

No! Questions and advice are an important part of the service we offer at Balancify. This is included in the price. It doesn't matter how many questions you have, there are no extra costs.

What happens if I outgrow my current package?

Of course, it's possible that you have a significant increase in invoices or that new tax returns are added. We will discuss with you whether we can adjust the package to your company's growth. This way, we grow together!

Are the software costs for the bookkeeping software included in the package price?

Absolutely! We have a partnership with our providers: Jortt. They offer 3 different packages. The costs for this software are included in the subscription price.

Can I switch from other administration/software?

Yes, you can. We switch administrations for free! For this, we need the updated current figures from your administration. You can request these from your bookkeeping partner or export them yourself.

Can I cancel the subscription at any time?

Absolutely! We always invoice at the beginning of the month in advance. Your subscription will then end at the next billing date. So you can continue to use our services without any worries if you cancel!

How does payment work?

In the first week of the month, we will invoice in advance via direct debit. Your subscription remains valid until the next billing date.
