How it works

Step 1

You provide your data

You send us the basics: contracts and employee details, the agreed salary, your payroll tax number, and any fixed allowances (like travel or pension). We check everything and ensure the payroll administration is set up correctly from the start. You don't need to configure anything – we'll handle it.
Step 2

Payroll administration setup

We fully set up your payroll administration in Jortt and verify payroll tax, pension codes, and allowances to ensure they align with the employment contracts. You can easily report monthly changes, such as new employees, overtime, or travel expenses; we will process them. The payroll journal entries are automatically booked correctly in your bookkeeping, so everything is accurate immediately.
Step 3

Payment & declaration handled

After payroll processing, we submit the payroll tax declaration to the Tax Authorities and, if applicable, the pension declaration. You will receive clear payment instructions for the payroll tax, so you know exactly what, when, and where to pay. Based on the payslips, which are automatically prepared in Jortt, you can then easily pay your employees. Everything is completed and processed – without any hassle.

What are the costs for outsourcing payroll administration?

We charge a fixed price per payslip of €15,- with no additional costs. This way, you know exactly what you're paying for your employees. This also includes payroll tax filing and pension contributions.

Do you also handle payroll tax and pension declarations?

Yes, these are included in the price of the payslips. We pay all contributions to the tax authorities and handle all necessary declarations for them.

I already have payroll administration, will you take it over?

Yes, we can take over your current contracts into a new payroll administration, provided they are correctly archived.

Do I have insight into the payroll processing?

Yes, thanks to the convenient portal of our bookkeeping software Jortt, you always have insight into your employees' data.

Do you ensure that the payslips reach the employees?

Employees do not receive an automatic email or portal access. The payslips are prepared by us in the administration within Jortt, where you can easily download them. You can then forward them to your employees yourself via email or another method.
