How can I best reach you?
You can currently reach us by email or WhatsApp. We always respond within 24 hours! If you are already a customer, you can also ask questions directly to our bookkeepers via Jortt (bookkeeping software).
What are your opening hours?
Because we operate online, we do not have fixed opening hours like a physical office. You can assume that we always work from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00. So you have the best chance of a quick response within these times. However, our team sometimes also works in the evenings and weekends, so your message can almost always be answered.
Can I also become a customer if I'm not nearby?
Yes, absolutely! Because we operate completely digitally, we can take care of your bookkeeping throughout the Netherlands. Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to visit the office.
Can I submit documents on paper?
No. We are a modern bookkeeping firm and want to automate everything as much as possible. To maintain our efficiency and working methods as well as possible, we want all documents to be submitted digitally. We can, however, give tips on how to digitize your administration!
