Frequently asked questions
How much does bookkeeping for a construction company cost?
You can have your construction company's bookkeeping taken care of starting from €80,-. If you only operate in the Netherlands, you often don't need to file special declarations, which keeps the price low. For exact rates, we recommend calculating them via the registration form.
Do I have to file a VAT return if I am a subcontractor?
Yes, even if the VAT has been reversed, you still have to file a VAT return. This VAT must still be declared in your return.
Can you maintain accurate project administration?
Absolutely! We can track which materials and costs have been incurred per project. This way, the entrepreneur clearly knows how much profit is made per project.
Do I need to maintain inventory administration?
Yes, when you purchase products for use in construction, this forms part of your business. These costs must be included on your balance sheet. We will update them correctly for you after the annual inventory count. This is sufficient for the tax authorities.
