What do I still need to do myself for my bookkeeping?

All you have to do is forward all your purchase invoices and receipts. In addition, you can easily create your sales invoices yourself in the bookkeeping software. Balancify takes care of the rest: we process the receipts and invoices, link the bank transactions, prepare and submit all declarations, and draw up annual accounts.

How do I submit my invoices/receipts?

There are three ways to submit your receipts and invoices:
1. Mobile app: Take photos of your receipts and invoices with the handy Jortt app
2. Email: Forward invoices received by email to a unique email address linked to your personal administration.
3. Website: Upload your receipts and invoices directly from your computer to the inbox of the bookkeeping software.

Can I switch from other administration software?

Yes, absolutely. We switch administrations free of charge! For this, we need the updated current figures from your administration. You can request these from your bookkeeping partner or export them yourself.

Can I cancel the subscription at any time?

Absolutely! We always invoice in advance at the beginning of the month. Your subscription will then stop at the next billing moment. So you can still use our services if you cancel!
