Are you familiar with marketplaces like bol.com & amazon?

Yes, we specialize in processing bol.com and Amazon payouts. This can be very complex, especially when selling in many countries simultaneously. We are here to support you with this.

Do you handle VAT declarations abroad?

No, if you have a foreign VAT number, you must file a declaration in the country concerned. We specialize in the Netherlands. This is often necessary for FBA via Amazon. Amazon has a convenient service built in, where they outsource this to partners. We recommend this!

Can you do the bookkeeping for my webshop?

Absolutely! We are familiar with platforms such as WooCommerce and Shopify. We will properly process these sales in your bookkeeping. Often, there is also an option to automatically import them via a paid integration from our partners. This saves entrepreneurs a lot of time annually!

Can you also do the OSS declaration?

Yes. We will file the OSS declaration quarterly via the one-stop-shop system of the tax authorities. This will be neatly recorded per country in your bookkeeping.

Do I need to keep inventory records?

Yes, when you purchase products and have them in stock, this forms part of your business. These costs must be included on your balance sheet. We will update these correctly for you after the annual inventory count. This is sufficient for the tax authorities.
