Zo moet je een AGB-Code hebben, moet je soms BIG registreert zijn en vraag je een verklaring omtrent gedrag (VOG) aan. Dit om te kijken of je geschikt bent om voor bepaalde cli\u00ebnten te zorgen. Elke nieuwe starter in de zorg moet zich sinds 2022 ook inschrijven bij het CIBG. Wij hebben ervaring met de volgende belastingen en processen:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Bemiddelingsbureaus<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Vrijgestelde BTW<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bemiddelingsbureaus<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Veel zorgondernemers werken via een bemiddelingsbureau. Tegenwoordig sturen zij vaak de factuur vanuit jouw naam naar de zorginstelling. Dit zorgt er namelijk voor dat de BTW nog steeds verlegd blijft. Als zij de bedragen hebben ontvangen maken zij deze naar jou over. Voor het bemiddelen hanteren zij vaak bemiddelingskosten. Let er op dat deze kosten wel zijn belast met het 21% tarief! \u00a0Deze staan vaak apart op een andere factuur. Het totaalbedrag van de werkdienst minus de bemiddelingskosten wordt vaak gecombineerd tot een verzamelfactuur. Wij verwerken deze correct in je boekhouding!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vrijgestelde BTW<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Als er medische handelingen worden verricht die gericht zijn op de gezondheidskundige verzorging van een mens is de dienst vrijgesteld van BTW. Dit betekent niet dat je geen btw-aangifte hoef te doen. Je verwerkt deze factuur gewoon in je administratie en doet per kwartaal je belastingaangifte. Je hoeft alleen geen aangifte te doen als je in zijn geheel bent vrijgesteld van de omzetbelasting. Dit krijg je aan de start van je onderneming te horen van de belastingdienst. Dit betekent ook dat je geen andere voorbelasting meer mee kunt nemen.
