Dit moet goed worden bijgehouden in een kasadministratie. Vaak wordt er ook gebruikt gemaakt van een Kassasysteem (POS), wat veel werk uit je handen neemt. Dit houdt je voorraadadministratie in real-time bij en zorgt ervoor dat veel processen worden geautomatiseerd. Het kan ook nog eens zijn dat je samenwerkt met bedrijven zoals thuisbezorgd. Vergeet niet dat je vaak ook nog personeel in dienst hebt die je moet betalen. Al deze dingen zorgen ervoor dat je veel verschillende administratieve taken moet bijhouden. Wij hebben ervaring met de volgende processen:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Thuisbezorgd &amp; Uber Eats<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Kasadministratie &amp; Voorraadadministratie<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Btw-Tarieven<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Salarisadministratie<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Boekhouding van Thuisbezorgd &amp; Uber Eats<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Bijna iedere Nederlander bestel maandelijks wel een keer eten. Als horecaondernemer weet jij als geen ander hoe belangrijk het is om je eten aan te bieden op deze bezorgplatvormen. Je bereikt een enorm groot publiek en laat mensen kennismaken met jou zaak. Je ontvangt een factuur van deze platformen met een uitbetaling op je bankrekening. Wij zorgen ervoor dat alles netjes wordt bijgehouden en de kosten natuurlijk correct worden ingeboekt!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Welke BTW-Tarieven worden er gebruikt?<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Op al het eten en drinken in Nederland wordt het 9% tarief gehanteerd. Dit is alleen niet van toepassing op Alcohol, wat natuurlijk ook geschonken kan worden in je horecazaak. Het is dus verstandig om dit goed te verwerken in je boekhouding. Hier komen wij dus goed van te pas!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Salarisadministratie bij personeel<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Als je personeel in dienst hebt moet je rekening houden met een salarisadministratie. Dit bestaat uit het versturen van loonstroken, loonaangifte doen en belastingen betalen. In de Horeca kan dit ook nog complexer zijn als normaal. Denk aan fooien, overuren en oproepkrachten tijdens drukke periodes.
