Zo kun je verschillende projecten hebben met ander materiaal, personeel in dienst hebben en onderaannemer zijn. Al deze dingen zijn van invloed op je administratie. Balancify helpt je inzicht te krijgen in je verschillende projecten en of deze winstgevend zijn. Wij hebben ervaring met de volgende regels en belastingen:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Ketenaansprakelijkheidsregeling<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>BTW Verlegging<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>BTW Tarieven<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wat is de Ketenaansprakelijkheid<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>De ketenaansprakelijkheidsregeling is van toepassing als jij met aannemers werkt. Draag jij werk uit aan een onderaannemer, draag jij de zorg voor alle loonheffingen, verzekeringen en premies. Besteden zij dit weer uit, dan worden zij als eerste verantwoordelijk gesteld. Zo ontstaat er een keten van aansprakelijkheid. Dit betekent nog wel dat jij verantwoordelijk kan worden gesteld als alle onderaannemers niet aan hun plichten kunnen voldoen.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verlegginsregeling<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Als je personeel uitleent of een onderaannemer bent krijg je hoogstwaarschijnlijk te maken met de verleggingsregeling. Dit houdt in dat de BTW uiteindelijk wordt betaald door degene die de prestatie afneemt. Stel jij bent dus een onderaannemer dan verleg jij de btw naar de hoofdaannemer. Heb jij onderaannemers ingehuurd? Zij kunnen dan de BTW verleggen naar jou. Deze zaken moeten niet alleen worden vermeld op de facturen, maar ook correct worden verwerkt in de BTW-Aangifte. Wij zorgen ervoor dat dit proces goed wordt verwerkt!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Welke Btw-Tarieven zijn er in de Bouw?<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>In de bouw gebruik je voor materialen &amp; arbeidsuren het 21% tarief. Voor bepaalde werkzaamheden gebruik je het 9% tarief. Dit zijn onder andere isolatiewerkzaamheden, behangen, stucwerkzaamheden en schilderen. Dit is wel alleen voor woningen die ouder zijn dan 2 jaar. Zoals je leest heeft de belastingdienst het vrij complex gemaakt voor bouwbedrijven.
